[Airresources] Repeal of Two Air Pollution Control Regulations

The Department of Environmental Management is proposing to repeal two of
its Air Pollution Control Regulations:

 

Air Pollution Control Regulation No. 41 "NOx Budget Trading Program"

Air Pollution Control Regulation No. 42 "Heavy Duty Diesel Engine
Standards"
