The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (DEM) is providing ZEV Regulation information on 2016 vehicle manufacturer volume status, 2016 vehicle production of large and intermediate volume manufacturers, ZEV credit balances and ZEV credit transfers as of August 31, 2017.
