[Airresources] Notice of Public Hearing and Comment Period

The Office of Air Resources recently issued a Notice of Public Hearing and Comment Period for the proposed revisions to Air Pollution Control Regulation No. 46, "CO2 Budget Trading
Program" and Air Pollution Control Regulation No. 47 "CO2 Budget Trading Program
Allowance Distribution." The public notices for each are attached and the link to the proposed revisions, fact sheets and public notices can be found under Proposed Regulations at:
