[Airresources] Rhode Island's Draft Regulation Prohibition of HFC's in Specific End-Uses

RIDEM's Office of Air Resources is pleased to provide you with a copy of the draft Regulation 250 RICR 120-05-52 "Prohibition of Hydrofluorocarbons in Specific End-Uses."  This regulation will propose the prohibitions of certain substances in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, aerosol propellants, and foam end-uses.

Before initiating the formal regulatory process, we are soliciting informal feedback on the draft regulation. This process will include a virtual stakeholder workshop on December 11, 2020, at 10 am.
