The MY19 Rhode Island Zero Emissions Vehicle (ZEV) Credit Report has been released by the Office of Air Resources. The report includes manufacturer volume status, vehicles delivered for sale in Rhode Island, as well as manufacturer's zero emissions vehicle credit balances through August 31, 2020.
