Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 23-23 of the Rhode Island General Laws and "Operating Permits" 250-RICR-120-05-29, notice is hereby given that the Office of Air Resources offers an opportunity for public comment regarding its proposal to renew the Operating Permits to the following stationary sources:
Naval Station Newport (NAVSTA Newport), 1 Simonpietri Drive, Newport, RI 02841
Cranston Water Pollution Control Facility, 140 Pettaconsett Ave, Cranston, RI 02920
