What is RGGI?
The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) is a cooperative effort among the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia to cap and reduce power sector CO2 emissions.

The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) participating states are committed to comprehensive, periodic review of their CO2 budget trading programs to consider successes, impacts, and design elements.

Listening Session - October 5th, 10:00 - 12:00
On behalf of the RGGI participating states, RGGI, Inc. will facilitate a listening session to solicit public input on the objectives, topics, and analyses for Program Review. This listening session will be held remotely via phone and webinar on October 5, 2021, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
