The Office of Air Resources<https://dem.ri.gov/environmental-protection-bureau/air-resources-oar> (OAR) has made a preliminary determination<https://dem.ri.gov/sites/g/files/xkgbur861/files/2024-02/title-v-prelim-fee-determination.pdf> regarding the fixed fee and dollar per ton fee to be used for the state fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 -June 30, 2025).
