[Airresources] Notice of Intent to Revise the State Implementation Plan for Air Quality: Regional Haze Second Implementation

The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, Office of Air Resources (RIDEM OAR) hereby gives notice of intent to revise the State Implementation Plan (SIP). The SIP revision addresses section 169A of the Clean Air Act (CAA) with respect to regional haze and the regional haze rule, 40 CFR 51.308.

Written comments or requests for a public hearing, to be considered part of the administrative record, must be submitted to the Office of Air Resources no later than 4:00 PM, February 28, 2025, at which time the public comment period will close.
