<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:9.4pt"><span lang="EN">In Rhode Island, the Department of Environmental Management- Office of Air Resources (OAR) has
</span><a href="https://www.pca.state.mn.us/air/awarded-dera-grants"><span lang="EN" style="color:windowtext;text-decoration:none">targeted grants on replacing large, older diesel engines</span></a><span lang="EN"> that spew a lot of pollution. Changing even
one of them to a newer, cleaner-burning model can be the same as taking thousands of cars off the road. FY2017 funds ($224,000) will be available to provide grants for projects that reduce diesel emissions. Projects must be completed by August 31, 2018.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
