</span>its proposal to issue a Major Source Permit to Clear River Energy Center. Invenergy Thermal Development LLC proposes to install a combined-cycle electrical power generating facility located along Wallum Lake Road (Route 100) in Burrillville, Rhode Island.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt;background:white"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The public comment period for this draft permit will begin today, Thursday, May 16, 2019, and continue until Monday, July 15,
2019. A public hearing for interested persons to appear and submit written or oral comments on the draft permit will be held prior to the end of the public comment period. A public notice will be published announcing the date, time and location of such hearing.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
