</span>for the proposed Clear River Energy Center. Invenergy Thermal Development LLC proposes to install a combined-cycle electrical power generating facility located along Wallum Lake Road (Route 100) in Burrillville, Rhode Island. Although the overall decision
on siting and building the facility, proposed by Invenergy Thermal Development LLC, in Burrillville, rests with the Energy Facility Siting Board (EFSB), the decision on the air permit stays with DEM per state law and is not connected to or sequenced with the
EFSB. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">In order to accommodate all interested parties, DEM is conducting the public hearing in two sessions, an afternoon session from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and an evening session

Written comments, to be considered part of the administrative record, must be submitted during the public comment period. Written comments shall be submitted to the Office of Air Resources by email or at the address below and received no later than 4:00 PM,
Monday, July 15, 2019, at which time the public comment period will close.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
