The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) participating states are continuing to work through the Third Program Review to conduct a comprehensive review of the successes, impacts, and design elements of their CO<sub>2</sub> budget trading programs. As part
of the Third Program Review, the RGGI states will host a public meeting, held virtually via phone and webinar, to provide an update on Program Review considerations and to discuss and seek feedback on the electricity sector analysis that will be a key component
of Program Review.<br>

This meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 29, in two duplicate sessions. The first session will be held from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. The second session will be held from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, and will be presented in both English and Spanish. Interested participants
are encouraged to attend the meeting that best fits their schedule and language needs.<br>
