<a href="https://dem.ri.gov/environmental-protection-bureau/air-resources-oar">Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management</a>, in accordance with Section 58.10 (a) of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR 58.10(a)), which requires states
to submit a monitoring network plan to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in July of each year. The plan provides a description of the state’s current monitoring network, demonstrates that the network conforms to EPA requirements, and
discusses any plans to remove or move a monitoring station in the 18 months following the plan submittal.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif;color:black">This DRAFT Annual Monitoring Network Plan is being posted for public comment 30 days prior to submittal to the EPA. Comments will be accepted
