[DEM-Coastal] Galilee and Pier 9 Newport Water shut off to Docks

Attention:
Today we will be shutting off the water to docks PP QQ RR SS in Galilee and the L Pier in Newport at Pier 9.
All hydrants at the heads of docks on bulkheads will remain in operation through the winter months.  Please make sure to turn off the hydrants when not in use and disconnect all hoses when not in use to hydrants.
We have experienced hydrants failing due to backpressure when the hoses are left on and running creating pressure inside the hydrants.  Please shut off water and remove the hose or pressure in line to prevent damage and freezing to hydrants.
If hydrants are left on and hoses are attached during winter months, it will freeze the hydrants.  We will be forced to shut off water supplies if this occurs.
Also, we are asking that all gear on bulkheads be removed and storied for the winter months to allow for plowing operations on all roadways and bulkheads.
