[DEM-Coastal] Port line striping parking areas and fire lanes

[DEM-Coastal]

Attention: All Newport and Galilee Berthers,

We will be conducting line striping in both the Ports of Galilee and Newport the week of May 3rd 2021.  We will be closing parking areas as well as bulkheads in order to paint these lines and we are asking for your cooperation.  We will need ALL GEAR REMOVED in all FIRELANES and NO PARKING AREAS.  Also we will need cars, trucks, equipment, and any objects REMOVED from parking areas in the Galilee and Newport by May 3rd 2021.  Notices will be posted starting today in all areas so there is plenty of notice to remove any gear and or vehicles from these designated areas. Barriers as well as cones will be put in place on Monday May 3rd in order to close off these sections.  PLEASE do not move or cross these closed off areas until line striping is completed and barriers are removed.  Parking areas on streets as well as other designated parking areas can be utilized during this time. Any vehicles or gear that is left in designated line striping areas will be removed or towed at owners expense.
