[DEM-Coastal] Galilee SS dock water

SS dock

Our spickets for SS were backordered but will be arriving this week for installation.  The old spickets had to be cut to install the new Piles on the fixed pier.  The floating dock water will remain shut off until new docks are installed at the end of this month,
