[DEM-Coastal] Gear around Water Hydrants

[DEM-Coastal]

Good morning berth holders,

The cold weather is upon us and DEM has started winter preparations.  Water is been turned off to docks SS & RR, please also remove any gear from around the water hydrants. Any gear found up against any water hydrants will be moved.
