[DEM-Coastal] Parking in Galilee

[DEM-Coastal]

Good Afternoon,

The busy time of year is well underway,  so I would like to just highlight a few things when it comes to parking around the Port of Galilee.

Lobster lot
Please refrain from parking in the fire lanes on both sides of the road stretching from UU dock through KK dock (behind Town dock) and also please don't park vehicles by the oil shed in the No parking areas. This makes it difficult for vehicles to get around.

Dragger lot
In the dragger lot please don't park vehicles in front of the No parking signs by the oil shed (this causes an issue when the oil truck comes to pump out the tank) and also refrain from parking in the fire lane around the bulkhead.

State Pier 3
Is four hour parking only for fishermen with current 2022 fisherman parking stickers

Fisherman parking only signs
Vehicles parked between or in front of these signs should have current 2022 fisherman parking stickers.


Galilee employee lot (dirt parking lot up the hill off the Galilee connector road behind the gear storage area.
This lot is for Galilee employees only with proper employee stickers from this office.

Enforcement action by the Division of Law Enforcement may take place with vehicles that are illegally parked, so please make every effort to avoid parking in these prohibited areas. If you don't have a current parking sticker please come to the Coastal office to pick up a 2022 fisherman parking sticker.
