[DEM-Coastal] Fishing gear around hydrants and Pedestals

Good afternoon berth holders,

I want to remind everyone the importance of keeping the shared spaces safe and accessible. Recently, we've noticed that commercial fishing gear has been left around water hydrants and electric pedestals that has led to damaging some of these items.

To ensure safety and ease of access for all, please refrain from leaving any gear, barrels etc. in these areas. Keeping them clear helps prevent accidents and allows for prompt access to essential services.
