[DEM-Coastal] Barrels of trash on docks

[DEM-Coastal]

Good morning,

Please remove all barrels of trash from the docks specifically on TT dock. Any barrels of trash still on the docks by Monday December 8, 2025, will be removed and disposed by staff.
