<b>week of May 3<sup>rd</sup>, 2021</b></span></u><b><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">.</span>
</b>We will be closing off parking areas, bulkheads, and unloading / loading zones in order to paint these lines.
<b><u><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">We will need ALL nets, pots, bait barrels, dredges, fishing gear, vehicles, and any other objects REMOVED from all FIRELANES, NO PARKING AREAS, and UNLOADING / LOADING ZONES by May 3<sup>rd</sup>, 2021</span></u></b><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">.</span> <b>(This
includes the Great Island Bridge as well as both of Newport Pier 9’s unloading / loading areas)
<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><u><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">Also, we will need ALL cars, trucks, trailers, equipment, fishing gear, and any other objects REMOVED from asphalted parking areas in Galilee and Newport by May 3<sup>rd</sup>,
2021.</span></u> </b>We are using epoxy paint that should last at least 5 years.
<b><u><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">The Contractor will be applying the epoxy paint on Monday night into Tuesday morning. It is expected that all areas will reopen Tuesday afternoon.</span></u></b> Emails and notices have been sent as
well as posted in all areas of the Ports so there is plenty of time to remove all items from these designated areas. Traffic cones as well as barriers will be put in place on
<b>Monday May 3<sup>rd</sup></b> <b>at 9am</b> in order to close off these sections.
<b><u><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">PLEASE do not move or cross these closed off areas until line striping is completed and barriers are removed</span></u><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">.</span></b> Parking areas
on streets as well as other designated Port parking areas can be utilized during this time. Any vehicles or gear that are left in designated line striping areas will be removed or towed at owners’ expense. <o:p></o:p></p>
