[DEM-Pier9] Pier-9 Gear Storage Agreement Form

Good afternoon berth holders,

The Division of Coastal Resources has created a new gear storage agreement form for all permanently assigned berth holders. This agreement acknowledges that the assigned berth holder is solely responsible for their own storage area,  and what material is kept stored inside. All forms have been prefilled with all pertinent information and are ready to be signed at the Newport office. All gear storage agreement forms must be signed before 2023-2024 contracts are signed, so please see Assistant Superintendent Rob Baker at your earliest convenience.
