Please be advised that applications for the 2024 Winter 1 Fluke (Summer Flounder) Aggregate and Multistate Fluke (Summer Flounder) and Black Sea Bass programs are now available. Applications can be accessed at a number of locations, including:


  1.  Division of Coastal Resources Office, at 301 Great Island Road, Narragansett, RI, 02882
  2.  Online at the Division of Marine Fisheries (click here<https://dem.ri.gov/natural-resources-bureau/marine-fisheries/forms-permit-applications>)
  3.  Attached to this listserv

Please submit completed applications to the Coastal Resources office. All operators listed on an application should have their licenses renewed for the 2024 calendar year; permits and/or letters of authorization cannot be issued for those whose licenses have not been renewed.
