Please be advised that applications for the 2024 Summer/Fall Aggregate Program for Summer Flounder and Black Sea Bass are now available. Applications can be obtained via:


  1.  Attached to this message
  2.  Online at the Division of Marine Fisheries/Division of Coastal Resources websites
  3.  In the Coastal Resources office at 301 Great Island Road
  4.  In the Division of Marine Fisheries office, 3 Fort Wetherhill Rd, Jamestown

Applications are accepted at either location. Please be aware that permits cannot be issued day-of-application due to a change in procedure.
