[DEM-Pier9] Pier-9 clean up

Hi James -
I don't know if Eric got a fisherman's parking sticker.  If he got it, I
don't know where it is.  His box truck is at the pier until I can sell it.
I am waiting for the title and then I will sell it but they said that could
take 6-8 weeks.
