[DEM-Pier9] Electric work on L-Pier

[DEM-Pier9]

Afternoon Berth Holders,
Tomorrow March, 20th there will be temporary power cuts to allows electricians to work on the 3 substations on the L-Pier.  One at a time the substations will be shut down for roughly an hour barring any issues, and then turned back on.  The work will start in the morning and should be finished by the end of day.

I will be around tomorrow and checking vessels periodically.  If you could do us a favor and double check your vessels once the work has finished that would be great.
