[DEM-Pier9] Water L-Pier

Afternoon Berth holders,

In this weather that we have had recently, a spigot was ripped off the water line down the pier and needs to be repaired. The water is turned off temporarily.  It will be fixed by Monday afternoon Tuesday morning at the latest.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
