<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Please be reminded that RI commercial fishermen who received commercial tautog tags in 2022 must return all unused tags and tag reports to DEM no later than February 15, 2023.
<b><u>Failure to return all unused tags and tag reports may result in the fishermen becoming ineligible to receive tags in 2023</u></b>, pursuant to regulations (<a href="https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-3">Part 3 – Finfish</a>, section 3.11.2(C)).<b>
</b>Unused 2022 RI commercial tautog tags and reports for 2022 tags may be returned by mail, or dropped off during business hours 8:30-4 Monday-Friday, to one of the following DEM offices:<b><o:p></o:p></b></span></p>
