[Owrinfo] Promoting Brevity for Submittals

Good Morning,

A few months ago this Office sent an attachment as suggestions to promote brevity of required submittals.  This is another reminder to promote brevity.

All reports submitted to Wetlands and Stormwater to the Office of Water Resources must be double sided and please do not submit irrelevant information like hydrographs.  I know that the Construction General Permit (CGP) SWPPP may seem to suggest submitting copies of the Construction General Permit in the SWPPP, however it is actually a reminder to attach the CGP to help educate the contractor.  Please do not submit it to us.  We will clarify the SWPPP accordingly.

Also - just a reminder, if a Groundwater Discharge (GWD), RIPDES NOI, or Water Quality Certification (WQC) application is filled out as required by the attached guidance document,  only one(1) copy of the plans and reports are required.
