[Owrinfo] Heavy Rains in the Forecast - Please prepare construction sites.

NOAA National Weather Service ALERT:
Heavy rain, flash flooding possible from Gulf Coast to New England

A prolonged period of rain, heavy at times, is forecast for New England.  Rhode Island may see up to 5-inches of rain over the next 3 days, with rain forecast for the next 7-days.  Flash flooding & gusty winds are also expected.
