[Owrinfo] Precast Porous Paver Guidance and FWW Fee Information

Please find attached a Fee Assistant tool for freshwater wetlands and Precast Porous Paver Guidance.


  1.  The Fee Assistant Tool was created to help Freshwater Wetlands applicants determine their application type, project type, and fee amount.  The Fee Assistant Tool can be accessed through a link in the Application for a Freshwater Wetlands Determination or Permit<https://dem.ri.gov/sites/g/files/xkgbur861/files/2022-09/fwwapp.pdf>, the Instructions for Completing a Freshwater Wetlands Application<https://dem.ri.gov/sites/g/files/xkgbur861/files/2022-09/fwwappins.pdf>, and the DEM Applications & Forms website<https://dem.ri.gov/online-services/applications-forms>.  The attached document provides additional details regarding the Fee Assistant Tool.



  1.  This document serves as a design guidance for the preparation of freshwater wetland and stormwater construction permit applications that propose to utilize porous precast concrete slabs to treat the water quality volume.
