SWCS Southern New England Chapter
EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL FIELD DAYS
are training for professionals working in soils, erosion control, water quality, public works, engineering, roads, planning, resource protection, and consulting. Each of these full-day sessions will combine classroom presentations in the morning and outdoor displays and demonstrations in the afternoon. Small groups rotate through the field stations to receive detailed information from the manufacturers and vendors of E&SC products. Our goal is to provide information that is immediately useful to all who attend.

Certificates of attendance will be provided to document six (6) hours of professional development content.

Field Days are hosted by SWCS SNEC, in partnership with EJ Prescott.

PRELIMINARY PROGRAM INFORMATION

The SNEC Board is coordinating with conservation districts, state agencies and NRCS in our three member states on the programs for these events. (Help Wanted!! We're looking for part-time support - initially 400 hours/year at $25/hour... contact info at swcssnec.org<mailto:info at swcssnec.org>.) We have some very interesting irons in the fire! Information will be posted on the SNEC website as the program for each state develops.
