Per the 2013 RIPDES Construction General Permit Part I.D.1.b, for new applications, the <span style='letter-spacing:-.1pt;layout-grid-mode:line'>submittal of a NOI is only required for construction activities that disturb greater than one (1) acre that are not required to obtain a RIDEM Freshwater Wetlands Permit, RIDEM Water Quality Certification, RIDEM UIC/Ground Permit, <span style='background:silver;mso-highlight:silver'>CRMC Assent</span> or QLP approval.<o:p></o:p></span></span></li></ol><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";letter-spacing:-.1pt;layout-grid-mode:line'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><ol style='margin-top:0in' start=2 type=1><li class=MsoNormal style='text-align:justify;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3;layout-grid-mode:char'><span style='font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";letter-spacing:-.1pt;layout-grid-mode:line'>Projects that have received a CRMC Assent are automatically authorized to discharge under the RIPDES Construction General Permit upon receipt of the CRMC Assent.
