<span style="color:black">and if it can&#8217;t be done by Nov 15<sup>th</sup> with vegetation, then you will need to apply more expensive and seasonally appropriate techniques.
<b><i>&nbsp;</i></b>You are responsible for keeping soil <b>on your property </b>and out of water resources (i.e. storm drains, wetlands, and the coast), even through the winter.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
