was issued in 2011. The purpose of these guidelines is to help all municipalities, government agencies and private businesses select, prepare, and maintain appropriate snow disposal sites before the snow begins to accumulate throughout the winter.<span style="color:#1F497D">

your system before winter storm events occur. It is important that the municipal Department of Public Works or Highway Department and other appropriate municipal offices
