(ACEC) to update the <b><a href="http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/benviron/water/permits/swcoord/cheklist.docx">Appendix A Stormwater Management Plan Checklist</a></b>. Edits were focused on consolidating and clarifying content, updating references to the
<b><a href="https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-150-10-8">Stormwater Rules</a></b>, providing additional instruction and links to guidance documents, and formatting to increase functionality.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

installing, monitoring and maintaining erosion and sediment controls; avoiding environmental impacts; and keeping all construction and disturbance activity within the approved limits of disturbance.
