and RI CRMC) on regulatory changes for Department of Army Permits. Specifically, the event will discuss new definitions of Waters of the US under the Navigable Waters Protection Rule, as well as changes in Regulations related to Section 401 of the Clean Water
Act (regarding Water Quality Certification). This will be a valuable outreach event for environmental consultants, applicants, and other stakeholders interested in regulatory changes affecting wetlands and other jurisdictional waters in Rhode Island. Information
