Water State Revolving Loan Fund (CWSRF). </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="xxmsonormal" style="line-height:11.55pt;background:white"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="xxmsonormal" style="mso-line-height-alt:11.55pt;background:white"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">This is an exciting and historic period of major investment in clean water infrastructure, and your participation
is encouraged. With the recent passage of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill (BIL), the CWSRF will be receiving approximately $79 million of additional funding for projects, including $3 million to address emerging contaminants, over the next five years.
In addition, the combination of BIL and significant increases for the base CWSRF program provides greater availability of principal forgiveness to eligible borrowers and projects. CW</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif;color:black">SRF

planning projects related to stormwater pollution abatement, green infrastructure, non-point source pollution abatement, and climate resiliency, as well as projects that benefit disadvantaged communities. RIDEM currently expects updated federal guidance on
the funding requirements to be made available by the US Environmental Protection Agency in February 2022. As guidance is released, RIDEM and RIIB will make more information available on the new requirements and the resources and support that will be available,
