[Owtsinfo] OWTS Rule Changes Effective Today

This is a reminder that the recently filed changes to the Rules
Establishing Minimum Standards Relating to Location, Design,
Construction and Maintenance of Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems
become effective today.
