[Owtsinfo] Revised PercRite (Drip Dispersal) Approval and Manual

A revised approval for Perc-Rite (drip dispersal) has been issued (effective date February 10, 2015) and a revised guidance document (effective date October 2015) is available from Oakson, Inc. distributor of Perc-Rite.
