[Owtsinfo] OWTS Rule Changes Effective Monday, June 27, 2016

DEM has filed changes to the Rules Establishing Minimum Standards Relating to Location, Design, Construction and Maintenance of Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems, effective date June 27, 2016.
