The DEM OWTS Program recently the DEM met with a member of the OWTS design community. There were questions raised about where to find information about stormwater permitting on the DEM website. This came up because most OWTS designers also must be aware of stormwater and freshwater wetlands permitting considerations as they prepare their OWTS designs for submittal to DEM.
