[Owtsinfo] Reminder - Show location and type of existing OWTS on plans

Attention OWTS Licensed Designers:

Please remember to show the location and type of existing OWTS (including cesspools) on all plans submitted for approval of OWTS permits, as required by OWTS Rules 18.2.22 & 18.4<http://www.dem.ri.gov/pubs/regs/regs/water/owts16.pdf>.  In addition to design considerations, this information is being used to track compliance with the Rhode Island Cesspool Act of 2007<http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/water/owts/regulations-reports/cess-phaseout.php>.
