Innovative and Alternative Systems Service Provider Program Parts I & II is an intensive 2-day training program, to be held at The New England Onsite Wastewater Training Center at URI in Kingston. Registrants may attend only one day for CEUs but may not take the exam with less than two-day attendance. This course covers materials consistent with the National Operation and Maintenance Service Provider Program developed by the Consortium of Institutes for Decentralized Wastewater Treatment [onsiteconsortium.org]<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__www.onsiteconsortium.org_nationalomsp.html&d=DwMFaQ&c=tSLbvWYfvulPN3G_n48TUw&r=jL5cV8TfAQerk9T4jnajWDJfwBNNQ53TQdPe_668vc8&m=l3GuQkBll3hR-ojGjdPkDba6xsvvl8Of5wkkjXfejcA&s=XLQGS4wqC5gxG8hGxyUMe65J7t1psENIQh90BEkhPWA&e=> (CIDWT) and meets individual Rhode Island town requirements in order to conduct operation  and maintenance of  advanced OWTS. Please note that additional training may be required by technology manufacturers to qualify as a vendor-approved service provider. Upon successful completion of the classes and examination, registrants will be added to an Operation and Maintenance Service Providers for Innovative and Alternative Onsite Wastewater System Technologies Registry [web.uri.edu]<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__web.uri.edu_owt_files_Serviceproviders-5FI-5FA-5FMarch2017.pdf&d=DwMFaQ&c=tSLbvWYfvulPN3G_n48TUw&r=jL5cV8TfAQerk9T4jnajWDJfwBNNQ53TQdPe_668vc8&m=l3GuQkBll3hR-ojGjdPkDba6xsvvl8Of5wkkjXfejcA&s=QE2wkshdEEyh_sGtF2NgbbYJ7NFe54pnbgvxydMYVTk&e=>, managed by the NEOWTP.

Each 1-day class (Part I: 1/31/19 & Part II: 2/7/19) is assigned 4 RIDEM CEUs for Class I, II, III & IV Licensees.
The INSP 200 Examination is scheduled for February 21, 2019. **Note, examination is not required in order to earn CEUs***
