[Owtsinfo] Reminder: New Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (Septic) Records Request Procedures Effective August 1, 2019

[Onsite Wastewater Treatment System]

Effective August 1, 2019 Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Records that are on file at the DEM but are not yet available online must be requested in advance by submitting a Records Request Form<http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/benviron/assist/filerev/reqrec.pdf>.


  *   If you wish to review a record in person, records will be retrieved in advance and made available to you at DEM within 2 business days;



OR



  *   If you prefer to receive electronic copies, records will be retrieved, scanned, and uploaded to the DEM website within 10 business days:

*Customers will be notified if additional time is needed to make records available. Retrieval and/or copying fees may apply.
