[Owtsinfo] Attention OWTS Professionals - OWTS Variance Request Form Updated 5-7-19

[Onsite Wastewater Treatment System]

Attention OWTS Professionals,

The OWTS Permitting Program made two very minor changes to the OWTS Variance Request Form to minimize work and to better reflect the OWTS Rules. The changes are as follows:


  1.  The requirement to submit two copies of a variance application and associated attachments has been eliminated. One copy is all that is needed for the OWTS review.



  1.  Section D.8 of the form now provides clear guidance on when a list of abutters is required.


The new form is available on our website under Resources - Applications/Forms. The direct link to the revised form is also provided here:
