[Owtsinfo] Telephone Service Outage Resolved

[Onsite Wastewater Treatment System]

The telephone line to reach the OWTS Program/RIDEM (401-222-3961) has been fixed, we added extra lines to the extensions in order to answer multiple calls at the same time.
