[Owtsinfo] Updated DEM OWTS System Suitability Determination Application Form Now Available

[Onsite Wastewater Treatment System]

The RIDEM OWTS Program has recently updated its System Suitability Determination (SSD) Application form. Minor revisions to the form have been made to better assist applicants and new guidance has been added for commercial applicants who may need separate approvals from the RIDEM OWTS Program and the RI Department of Health.
