[Owtsinfo] URI NEOWTP In-person training opportunity

This class substitutes for required vendor training for installers and designers in RI.

This class is scheduled to be held in-person at the NEOWT Center at Peckham Farm.  All in-person classes are dependent upon conditions at the University and may be cancelled due to changes in COVID-19 policy.

Class size is limited to 32.
Credits: 4 RI (I-IV) 8 RICRLB 8 MA (SE/SI) 3 NHDES
